Obituary of Ruth Carr

The family of Ruth Carr sadly announce her passing on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. She was 66 years of age. A family gathering will be held on Saturday, May 2 in the Chapel of Bailey's Funeral Home with Crystal Bailey, Certified Celebrant, officiating. Ruth Susan Carr was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario on Saturday June 13, 1953. She married only once to her now ex-husband Mark Ingram, whom she is survived by. Ruth was a loving caring friend to everyone. There was never a moment too busy for her to lend a ear or have a cup of coffee with you. Ruth took in many "kids" over the years, adopting her own children's friends and families, so that they too felt the love of a great mom and a good friend. Ruth loved to crochet, passing this skill on to her children. She taught her children ( and many others) to bake, grow things, to love of animals, how to stand up for yourself and to be kind to everyone. Ruth was the friend you could always depend on. Ruth is predeceased by: her brother Jim and sister Heather, her mother Dorthesa and her father Beatlie Carr. Ruth is survived by her ex husband Mark Ingram,and her sisters; Diane,Carol and Alice. She is survived by her five children Mark (Jeannine), Gordon (wife: Joanne), Gloria (Husband:Randy), Susie(Ruth) (Husband: Stanley), Luke (Bugg) (wife: Kristen). She was a proud grandma to many grandchildren: Mark,Faith, Dakota, Taylor, Vincent, Jacob, Hunter,Savannah, Bradley,Jordan and Aurora.
