Uncle Eugene, Cindy and Hilary, Daniel and I were deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Auntie Margaret was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and auntie. There was never a time over all the years when Aunt Margaret and I visited that she was not kind, funny, patient and always interested to hear about what was going in my life. She was a lady of deep values and integrity. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for her. I saw this poem years ago and knowing how much Margaret loved to garden, I thought it was fitting at this time. My Mother Kept A Garden My Mother kept a garden. A garden of the heart; She planted all the good things, That gave my life it's start. She turned me to the sunshine, And encouraged me to dream: Fostering and nurturing The seeds of self-esteem. And when the winds and rains came, She protected me enough; But not too much, she knew I'd need To stand up strong and tough. Her constant good example, Always taught me right from wrong; Markers for my pathway To last my whole life long. I am my Mother's garden, I am her legacy. And I hope today she feels the love, Reflected back from me. (anonymous) Love Debbie and Daniel

Uncle Eugene, Cindy and Hilary, I was so saddened to hear about your loss. I will always cherish the times that I had Auntie Margaret's full attention on the couch at the back of the cafe. Every once and awhile she would spend the night because of the weather or a back to back shift at the hospital. I always loved to see her uniform hanging in my room and adored the smell of her perfume that lingered. Whoever wrote the paragraph attesting to her character did an amazing job, well done! You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Della
