We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Walter. He was my favorite uncle and he always gave special attention to me and my siblings when we were young. We always looked forward to his visit. He had a very cheery and pleasant disposition, and a heart-warming laugh and as the years went by that never changed. Very often he was told that he resembled John Wayne and he liked that. He played the organ and accordion so well; I will forever hear his music. You will be sadly missed but in our hearts forever.
