Obituary of Patricia Ann Andrysak

The family of Patricia Ann Andrysak of Melville, sadly announce her passing on Friday, September 1, 2023. Patricia was 74 years of age.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 1:00p.m. from the Chapel of Bailey's Funeral Home, Melville with Doreen Day, Certified Celebrant officiating.

The Interment will follow in St. Henry's Parish Cemetery.

Memorials in memory of Patricia may be made to  St. Paul Lutheran Home as gifts of remembrance.

Patricia Ann Andrysak entered her eternal rest suddenly on September 1, 2023 at the age of 74 years.

Patricia was born on July 10, 1949 to Steve and Nellie Andrysak at Grenfell, Saskatchewan. She grew up on her mom and dad’s farm south of Grenfell. In 1960 Patricia moved to Melville with the rest of her family. She received her education at Grenfell and Melville. Patricia took her training for a Registered Practical Nurse (LPN) and worked at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina for 30 years. She took a early retirement due to health issues. Patricia moved back to Melville to take care of her mother after the death of her father in 2003 and looked after her until her mother’s death in 2007. She returned to Regina and in 2013 moved back to Melville with her brother Dave and lived in the Heritage House.

 Patricia enjoyed cooking, watching TV, listening to the radio, some assistance in gardening, reading ets. Patricia was more of a homebody but a believer in the Lord Jesus and relied on TV, Radio and Devotionals.

Predeceased by her father Steve and mother Nellie. She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers, Dave, Lawrence and Garry (Colleen) and nieces, Amy and Dana (Jonny) Kominetsky.
