Obituary of Jack Hufsmith
Jack Arnold Hufsmith was born on July 22, 1941. The youngest child of Floyd and Mary Hufsmith. As a youngster he attended school in Saskatoon. He later became employed in various jobs in construction and roofing in B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan. He also had a great love for woodworking and crafts. Health issues became quite a problem in his life. The last being open-heart surgery. Serious complications occurred and after a five and a half month stay in Regina General Hospital he entered Eternal Rest on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the age of 68. He leaves to mourn in his passing, his loving partner of 33 years, Gloria (Byblow), his daughter Cindy Johnston, son Kevin Hufsmith and grandson Mikey. Also his two sisters, Lorraine Hufsmith, Phyllis Hamre, and brothers, Ray (Denise) and Mel Hufsmith and their families. Also Gloria's family; parents, Paul and Helen Byblow, as well as her brothers and sisters and their families, Yvonne (Tom) Cole, Stephen (Jacqui) Byblow, Carla (Steve) Chabaylo as well numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jack will forever be remembered for his kind heart and gentle manner, and as one who always put the needs of others first. Service Information
