Obituary of Frank Ludwar
Frank Ludwar was born on November 14, 1940 a son to Jacob and Rose (nee Flegel) Ludwar on the family farm in the Grayson District of Saskatchewan. Frank attended Flegel School and helped his parents on the farm. On October 24, 1960 Frank was united in marriage to Marie Osicki at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church in Brewer. The couple moved in with Frank's parents eventually taking over the farming operation with his brother Mike. In the spring of 2004 Frank and Marie retired and moved to Regina. Frank was a real sport's fan, playing ball, hockey, broom ball and curling and enjoyed watching sports on TV. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, listening to polka music, playing cards, enjoyed playing and telling jokes. Frank will be remembered as a very easy going man. Frank entered his eternal rest on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 72 years. Predeceased by his parents Jacob and Rose; brother, Tony; sisters, Mary and Betty; sister-in-law, Dale Osicki. Frank leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Marie of Regina; son, Troy and his children, Ryan, Shane, Noah and Alexys; great grandson, Kaden; brother, Mike (Marlene) Ludwar; sisters, Annie Haas and Theresa (Joe) Broda; sisters-in-law, Dorothy (Stan) Fleming, Debbie (Jim) Shaw and Suzanne (Perry) Binkley; brothers-in-law, Dave (Brenda) Osicki and Don (Grace) Osicki; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
