Obituary of Rudolf Ernest Padar
It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Rudolph Padar beloved husband of Annie Padar (nee Muzyka) announce his passing at St. Peter's Hospital on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the age of 88 years after a brief illness. He was born September 26, 1925 on the family farm near Cana. As the first born son Dad was introduced early to the farming life and he took pride and pleasure in being part of the farming culture. In 1950 he bought a quarter section of land near the family farm. Dad grew up during the depression and carried the lessons of hardship, endurance, integrity and diligence into every aspect of his life. In 1951 Dad met his wife to be Annie Muzyka. The two would of celebrated their 62 wedding anniversary in June. Together they raised their two children. They shared a passion for raising a family and building a sense of belonging to those they connected with. His family and friends were paramount in his life. He was the best Role model, mentor and example of how each of us might lead a purposeful life that centered on humility. Dad left an honourable legacy for his family and will be remembered by his wife Annie, daughter Myrna and her children Michael and Stephanie (Troy); his son Ray (Sandra) and their children Ryan and Reece (Trisha) and their children Zach and Zane; his sisters Mildred Nagy and in-laws Hilda Padar, Steve (Diane) Muzyka and Agnas Farkas. He was predeceased by his parents Kalman and Emma Padar, his in-laws Steve and Lucy Muzyka, his brother Willie and his 5 sisters Mary, Lizzie, Yolan, Agnes and Edna. Service Information
