Cheryl & Marilyn want their relatives and friends to know our Mom "Effie Engel" passed away April 30, 2015 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre at the age of 88 years. She will be missed by her family, two daughters, Cheryl (Wayne) Koch of Vancouver, BC and Marilyn Engel of Edmonton, AB; two grandsons, Trent (Kim) Koch and their children Matthew and Nathan Koch of Saskatoon and Travis (Janette) Koch and their daughter, Petra Koch Stratton of New Zealand; two sisters, Anne Wyllychuk of Salmon Arm, BC and Victoria Fleming of Hamilton, ON; two sisters-in-law, Vilma Nahirney of Kamloops, BC and Violet Engel of Kelowna, BC, as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Charlie; her parents, Alex & Lena (nee Achtemichuk) Panchuk; sister, Mary Solomon; brothers, Peter, Nick and Bill; sister-in-law, Dianna (nee Pister) Panchuk; and son-in-law Dave Balaux.
