Sorry to hear of Don's passing. he was a wonderful husband & caregiver. Our sincere sympathy goes out to you & your family Elaine. Doug was an old school buddy of yours & a good friend to Don, although we have seen little of you in the last many years. our brief visits have been at school reunions. it seems that Don had a very active life & will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My deepest sympathies to Elaine Low, Barb, Pat, David and their families. When I think of Mr. Low, I respectfully remember the many ways in which he served his Church and his community. It is his time in Bredenbury that I think of. He was the father of a friend, but he took a fatherly in interest in all tof us.

I(Ken) have so many childhood memories of golf games, hunting days, card games around the dining room table and family visits to Bredenbury. In later years Yorkton was always a stopover that our family enjoyed on our way to to B.C. Don, thank you for the big part you played in the Thorpe/MacKenzie family life.

Don and Elaine were friends of my mother and father, Art and Helen Officer (both deceased), while we were in Bredenbury, Sask, in the 60's. I babysat for them as a teenager there. Our connection with Don and Elaine continued through the Order of the Eastern Star, Freemasonry, and the Shrine. Don has passed to the Grand Lodge above and may the G.A.T.U. welcome you.
