How fortunate I am to be your son-in-law and to have always called you Dad. I will miss our time together checking crops, watching the Blue Jays play baseball, and the times we often would talk on the phone. You and Mom blessed me with a beautiful wife and accepted me into your loving family. How so grateful and humble I am and I thank you with all my being. Gigi your grandaughter's heart was broken when Sandra and I shared the news of your passing. We will mend Rachel's heart with the many loving and beautiful memories you and Mom have given us over the years. Rachel will forever remember her Gigi and we will always keep you in our hearts, and promise to remember you each and every passing day. Your love, respect, and unwavering devotion to your beautiful wife, whom I am fortunate to call Mom is to be forever admired. The many years of your marriage and commitment to each other is a testament to your true character. Dad thank you for the few simple words and advice you gave me when I asked for your blessing and approval to marry your only daughter. Those simple words will remain as vivid and strong as the day they were spoken. Rest assure that Sandra, Rachel and I will surround Mom with all the love and support she truly deserves.
