To the Howat family. My wife Linda joins me in offering our deepest sympathy to you on the recent death of Helen Howat. Helen was a very fine lady. I was pleased to have developed a good relationship with Helen and Doug during the years I served as the Regional Coordinator, Saskatchewan Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission in Yorkton, also serving the Ituna area. We also knew & liked Lyle well, too.
