Billy was a great volunteer for many years at the annual Canada Day celebrations held at the Western Development Museum. He would always be here bright and early to help set up, and then took over the duties of handing out flags and pins, making sure every guest in attendance received one! He truly enjoyed greeting everyone and welcoming them to the picnic -- we will certainly miss his smile and enthusiasm. Our sincere condolences to all of Billy's family and friends.
